Anchor Homes is an approved provider of Medicaid Waiver residential services in the State of Indiana for those individuals who are developmentally disabled, per State definition. Our services are designed to meet the unique needs and desires of individuals seeking residential services.

Our Mission

To provide Medicaid Waiver services for those individuals who are developmental disabled, per State definition, and wish to employ Anchor Homes to provide these services. To ensure the health, safety and welfare of any individual receiving services from Anchor Homes. To assist in the acquisition, improvement and retention of skills necessary for an individual receiving services from Anchor Homes, so the individual can live successfully in their own home. To protect the rights and confidentiality of an individual receiving services from Anchor Homes. To provide courteous, compassionate, honest and professional services to an individual receiving services from Anchor Homes with integrity and fairness.

Our Goals

To enable all those receiving services from Anchor Homes to live and work in the community in the least instrusive manner that is consistent with their needs. Services are designed with the assistance of the individual, the individual's family or legal guardian, the case manager, the behavioral clinician, BDDS service coordinators, direct care staff and others to create individualized support plans that address the individual's needs and reflect their interests and wishes. Services for an individual are based on the individual's needs and reflect their interests and wishes. Services for an individual are based on the individual's person-centered plan that considers the individual's long-term and short-term interests and needs that are reflected in the individual's individualized support plan. Services provided, include the health, safety and welfare of the individual and assist in the acquisition, improvement and retention of skills necessary to support an individual to live successfully in their own home.
